Our staff are provided with and using sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and masks and adhering to the following protocols:
- Maintaining a 2m (6ft) distance.
- No handshaking, nor touching.
During your appointment, please follow the above hygiene protocols and the following for your safety and ours:
- Sanitize the area before and after the technician enters and leaves your home.
- If you have recently returned to Canada, you must postpone your appointment until after 14 days from travel.
- If you have any of the following symptoms please postpone your appointment; respiratory issues, cough, congestion, runny nose, fever, shakes, chills, shortness of breath.
Please be aware that our technicians do have the right to refuse to enter your home if they feel it is not safe to do so.
